Delivery / Shipping


Orders are dispatched to UK addresses free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Customers from the UK can also select 1st Class delivery for an additional £1.00 charge per item, or choose the Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm Service for a flat fee of £7.00 per order.


All orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the following working day at the very latest, through orders placed before 11am are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday. Customers wishing to use the  Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm Service, must place their order before 11.00am to be guaranteed delivery the following day.

Update: We are currently not dispatching orders on Wednesdays. Therefore, any orders received from 11am Tuesday to 11am Wednesday will be dispatched by first class free of charge on Thursday. Please also note that any orders received during this time that have ‘Next day by 1pm’ selected as the shipping method will not be dispatched until Thursday.


International orders are sent via the Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’ service which is fully tracked to delivery point. The costs and estimated time for delivery are as follows:

Europe: Flat fee of £11 with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days

International – non US: Flat fee of £13 with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days

International – United States: Flat fee of £14 with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days

Please note that delivery times are largely dependent on local customs clearance times and local postal services.

Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until 15 days have elapsed. They also require 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery issues. Therefore, to receive a replacement for a lost item, please allow 15 days before formally asking for a replacement. Also, you must inform us within 28 days to claim an item as lost. Please note we cannot issue refunds for lost items, only replacements.
