UK ORDERS:
Orders are dispatched to UK addresses free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Customers from the UK can also select 1st Class delivery for an additional £1.00 charge per item, or choose the Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm Service for a flat fee of £7.00 per order.
DISPATCH TIME:
All orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the following working day at the very latest, through orders placed before 11am are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday. Customers wishing to use the Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm Service, must place their order before 11.00am to be guaranteed delivery the following day.
Update: We are currently not dispatching orders on Wednesdays. Therefore, any orders received from 11am Tuesday to 11am Wednesday will be dispatched by first class free of charge on Thursday. Please also note that any orders received during this time that have ‘Next day by 1pm’ selected as the shipping method will not be dispatched until Thursday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship to cyclists worldwide. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked under two transparent shipping options depending on your destination:
Duties & Taxes Included (USA, Norway, Switzerland & Most EU Countries): All local import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, and carrier handling fees are fully included in the shipping price at checkout. Shipping is £21.00 for the first item plus £9.50 for each additional item. Your parcel will be delivered directly to your door without any customs bills, admin fees, or postal collection demands on arrival.
Rest of the World (Duties & Taxes Payable on Arrival): For destinations where pre-cleared customs is unavailable (including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hungary, Lithuania, and Poland), orders are charged for standard carriage only at £13.00 for the first item plus £1.50 for each additional item. Any local VAT, consumption tax, or post office handling fees are payable directly to your local postal carrier upon delivery.
Full End-to-End Tracking: Your tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
There is a shipping calculator on the cart page where you can enter your destination country to view the total delivery cost and see whether import duties and taxes are prepaid. This is applied automatically at checkout.

Europe: 3 – 7 working days
USA & Canada: 5 – 10 working days
Australia, New Zealand & Rest of the World: 7 – 14 working days
DELIVERY PROBLEMS: Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until 15 days have elapsed. They also require 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery issues. Therefore, to receive a replacement for a lost item, please allow 15 days before formally asking for a replacement. Also, you must inform us within 28 days to claim an item as lost. Please note we cannot issue refunds for lost items, only replacements.
